To help you along the way, we will fund a pool and gym facility membership for you right here in our building. And if the gym's not your thing, we'll pay for your personal chosen pursuit to the same value. As long as it's healthy either mentally and/or physically, fill your boots.

We operate a Genii Big Sister Scheme here. If you need stuff picked up (whether that be a set of proofs, file copies, or your mum from the airport) our 'Big Sister' can sort it for you. She won't get you drunk with her girlfriends though - but only because we can't get insurance for that.

And there's nothing more uninteresting than ironing, so we'll sort that out for you too. And if you want to wear a suit to work (we don't, but you might) we'll dry clean it for you too.

Driving a clean car makes you feel nice. Our Car Washing Service washes your car while you work. Because no one likes cleaning cars. (Apart from Bill who works for us in the car-cleaning area downstairs. He loves it.)

Our sales-focused incentive scheme is perhaps the most targeted in the Australian industry offering limitless eamings opportunity. We believe totally in meritocracy - if you're exceptional (and we like to think most of us are at Genii) then what's wrong with exceptional reward?

If you work for Genii, we expect hard work. But we believe you spend too much time at work to not enjoy it, and fully believe that work should also be fun. Monthly team-building events can incorporate anything from driving Rally Cars to archery to abseiling - and generally incorporate a few bottles of wine too. Though not at the same time - that would be asking for trouble.
